All the staff worked into the evening and we at Cromer Boating Lake we're honoured to give the use of the Boating Lake over to them for the evening for there recruitment drive to find new members. Towards the end of the evening I heard the great news that the guides had been saved and are now looking for members.

Dear John,

Choir Visit

It was very good to see you again in August, and we greatly appreciated your co-operation in providing one of the definite highlights of our week at Cromer.
I am sorry that it has taksn so long to send this, but the weeks seem to fly in the run up to Christmas but whenever this reaches you the enclosed 'Poem' may provide a diversion to remind you of the summer. We particularly appreciated your generosity with the charges for the girls' boating, bouncing and ice creams, and for your very quick delivery of the excellent group photograph of our party. Rather less promptly we now enclose one or two of our pictures from that day.
We are already within six months of the next visit to Overstrand. We are there for the week beginning 26 May 2007 (the Spring Bank Holiday week). We will certainly plan to have another morning with you, and only hope that the weather will be as good as it was this year. It may again be the Tuesday (29 May) but we will confirm this nearer the time.
You will remember my problems with the video camera, which had totally seized up when we took it round to your friend's shop. We did nothing with the camera for the rest of the week, or for a month or so after we returned home, but then I tried it again. Yes, you've guessed it - the camera worked perfectly, and has gone on doing so ever since. Who says these things don't have a soul!
With all good wishes from all of us here, as we start a very busy month for the choir,

Kenneth G. Lambert
Yours sincerely,

POEM

Tuesday morning's sunny,
If a little cool.
At Ten we're off to Cromer,
And the Boating Pool.
John Lynch is glad we're back again,
With our famous choir, To test again his Trampolines,
Jumping ever higher.
Lelah is spectacular,
So's Jessica J. Could they have trampolines at home,
And practise every day?
Jessica N. goes boating,
In her own canoe, Rolls it over, and gets wet
For a time or two.
Between the jumping and the boats, We eat enormous Ices.
In the sun; this has to be
One of our favourite places.
We eat our picnic Lunches
By the Boating Pool; In the sun all sparkling
Like a shining jewel.
We set up a choir photo
John Lynch takes some more. Ten minutes later he gives us
A colour print - A4.
